The StatenClinic wishes to thank you for your confidence in our clinic. We are striving to maintain the same high level of attention to you as a patient, and we will continue our guarantee of consultation periods of at least 15 minutes. For us here at the StatenClinic it is also important to work with the very latest medical equipment. Two new instruments, for example, have been available in-house since November. We can directly analyse moles. We can also monitor hair growth with our specialized IT system. This special and individual treatment is both expensive and time consuming. It is why we cannot any longer afford to cover any different amounts between your own personal contribution and the total amount of your invoice at our expense, as we have been doing in the past, for patients insured under a Dutch insurance policy.

Consequently, in future, we will ask you to directly pay the total amount of your invoice within the given time limit, once you have received the invoice. You can then submit the invoice for reimbursement to your health insurance company. If you need information about the amount of reimbursement, we kindly ask you to contact your health insurance company. You might have to bear some own risk and own contribution depending upon your insurance policy.

The new invoicing method is applicable to consultations and treatments which have started in 2016.

We calculate our fees for consultations and treatments to be at a similar level with others, which means that they represent an average of prices that you would expect to be charged by larger hospitals, clinics and health centers. The price list with the fees is available here: .
