The clinical examination may include pathological-histological examinations. Treatment starts with a steroid cream for smaller areas and continues with a non-steroidal cream. In the case of larger areas, we treat in house with a UVB lamp and we accompany the therapy with the appropriate medical advice. If necessary, we clarify possible allergies with an epicutaneous test. We treat hand and foot eczema in house with a special UVA lamp.
