Netherlands-Flag-icon Germany-Flag-icon Together with my former colleague Bernadette Eberlein, I had the honor that one of our scientific researches was accepted and presented during the poster session of the 46th Annual ESDR Meeting 2016 in Munich: In vitro evaluation of phototoxic properties of systemic antipsoriatics. ESDR stands for European Society for Dermatological Research. I know Bernadette from the years in Munich, during which we both were working as researchers at the Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich. Bernadette is meanwhile professor at the other big university in Munich, the Technische Universität München, and we presented the results of a research which contributes to the knowledge about the side effects of systemic (e.g. to be swallowed) medicines against psoriasis. The question we discussed in the paper was whether or not specific medication increases the risk of sun damage. Should anybody be interested in the full text of the full scientific paper, I'd be happy to share a copy with you, should you be in the StatenClinic during the coming weeks. With kind regards
