Dear patients,

we are asked frequently in the times of corona lock-down whether we still treat patients. We are a medical institution and thus, of course, we treat patients who are suffering from dermatological-venerological diseases.

However, we have changed the procedure a little bit and we will ask you by phone or e-mail when you make an appointment whether you yourself suspect that you have been infected with the virus.

Depending on the answer to this question, we will offer various options, which our doctors will decide on, such as making an appointment only after 2 weeks, making an appointment outside of normal opening hours or a telephone/video consultation.

In the case of a telephone/video consultation, we will ask you to register with us as a patient (if you are not already a patient) and subsequently to send in the photos you wish to discuss with the doctor. We would like to point out that such a consultation by telephone will be invoiced in the same way as a personal consultation at the clinic, according to Dutch regulations.
