Dear patients, it is important to us that we keep an open ear to how satisfied you were with your treatment at our dermatology. Of course, you have every freedom to use social media. Even though we have our own presences on Facebook, LinkeIn and Google, it would be of great importance to us if you leave us a review on the website of ZorgkaartNederland. This is a portal that is geared towards the Dutch healthcare system and has the advantage that it protects us from spam. Therefore you have to identify yourself on the portal with your e-mail address. Your name and e-mail address will neither be published nor made known to us. It is important for us that many of you participate actively, as ZorgkaartNederland requires a quorum of 30 evaluations in the last 4 years in order to be able to base the validity of the evaluations on a solid foundation. If a clinic has received too few evaluations within the last 4 years, you will see the note "Deze zorginstelling heeft te weinig waarderingen", which means that the healthcare provider has too few evaluations. Ratings older than 4 years can still be viewed on the ZorgkaartNederland website and are also counted in the calculation of the average score.

To rate us, all you have to do is click on this link, which will immediately take you to a page listing the criteria you can use to rate us: Attention and listening, understandable explanations, confidence in the expertise, advantages and disadvantages of the treatment, joint decision-making, collaboration of the doctors in the clinic and effect of the treatment. You can rate us on a scale from 1 (worst rating) to 10 (best rating), followed by questions about why you gave such a rating, what the treatment was like and whether you would recommend us to friends or family.

Unfortunately, the ZorgkaartNederland website is only available in Dutch. If you have problems with this, you can use this link on Google Translate. Select the target language and use the translated page to help you fill in the original Dutch form, as it is currently not possible to send the evaluations directly from the Google translated website.
